Information you actively provide
BeamBasis has no public accounts, comments, or purchases. The Purchase Brief sign-up collects an email address only after you actively choose to receive the Brief and short follow-up decision series. The form uses double opt-in: no series is sent until you confirm your address. If you email BeamBasis, the message, addressing information, and attachments are handled by the email providers involved and used to respond, verify evidence, maintain business records, and protect the service.
Purchase Brief email
MailerLite processes Purchase Brief subscription data for BeamBasis. It stores the submitted email address, consent and confirmation status, and necessary delivery events so it can send the Brief, a short decision series, and unsubscribe confirmations. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. You can also request access or deletion through privacy@beambasis.com.
BeamBasis does not ask for a name, phone number, street address, payment information, or free-text project description to receive the Purchase Brief. Do not submit sensitive information in an email to BeamBasis.
Hosting and security information
The infrastructure that delivers BeamBasis may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, time, and security signals. That processing supports delivery, abuse prevention, reliability, and troubleshooting. BeamBasis does not use hosting logs to build advertising profiles.
Google Analytics 4
BeamBasis loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4) when a page opens. GA4 may receive page location, page title, referrer, approximate device and browser information, timestamps, campaign parameters, and bounded interaction labels such as comparison opens, finder choices, calculator use, video engagement, and outbound source clicks.
BeamBasis does not place names, email addresses, exact addresses, free-text submissions, or sensitive selector answers in analytics events. GA4 may set identifiers such as _ga. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google Signals are disabled. Google processes analytics data under its own applicable terms and privacy documentation.
Embedded video
BeamBasis uses a local preview image for embedded YouTube videos. The YouTube player and its external resources load only after a visitor selects play. At that point, Google or YouTube may receive technical information and process the interaction under their own privacy terms.
BeamBasis records video activation, start, 25%, 50%, 75%, and completion events in GA4. YouTube may process player activity independently after the player is loaded.
Outbound merchant links
Some labeled commercial links contain an attribution reference and bounded source label. Clicking one sends the visitor to the merchant, where ordinary request information and merchant-controlled cookies or similar identifiers may be processed under the merchant’s and service provider’s applicable policies. BeamBasis does not receive the buyer’s payment details.
Outbound merchant interactions are measured in GA4 using bounded event labels. Full compensation details are available on the disclosure page.
Data sharing and sale
BeamBasis does not sell personal information. Infrastructure and email providers, including MailerLite for the Purchase Brief, process limited information to deliver, secure, and respond through the service. Google receives the analytics data described above. No advertising network pixels are installed.
Retention, access, and deletion
BeamBasis does not maintain a public user database. Purchase Brief subscribers can unsubscribe in any email; their delivery record remains only as reasonably needed to honor that choice, maintain records, and protect the service. Other email is retained only as reasonably needed for the conversation, evidence trail, business records, security, and legal obligations. Questions about BeamBasis-controlled information, access, deletion, or measurement can be sent to privacy@beambasis.com.
Children
BeamBasis is an equipment-purchasing resource for adults, businesses, educators, and supervised organizations. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
Changes
The effective date will change whenever collection or use materially changes. Material measurement, email, advertising, or merchant-attribution changes will be reflected here before deployment.
